Mainstream media report that a “strong bomb” exploded approximately
200 meters away from the exterior wall of the prison of Korydallos in
Athens tonight. Athens daily “Eleftherotypia” and “Alter” TV station
received warning calls at approximately 21.50 GMT+2. A 22-year old woman
was lightly injured from the explosion, which was across the city
centre, Piraeus and the southern suburbs.
