Poco más de tres semanas después de los sucesos de Clarea, el pasado lunes 27 de febrero, me parece oportuno informar a todxs lxs amigxs y compas cercanxs de noticias más precisas sobre mi estado de salud.
Como ya sabréis, hace ya algunos días que mi vida no corre peligro, pero aunque la situación va mejorando, mi condición sigue siendo bastante seria.
Las principales heridas que me que quedan por curar son consecuencia directa de las quemaduras provocadas por la electrocutación, y los daños por la caída ya están en proceso final de mejora.
Durante los próximos días, me realizarán más intervenciones de cirugía plástica para corregir las áreas del cuerpo que aun están quemadas.
Aun sigo postrado en la cama ni puedo mover las extremidades por mí mismo, por tanto, dependo de lxs enfermerxs y familiares para realizar tareas cotidianas.
Sin embargo, quiero darle las gracias a todxs aquellxs que hasta ahora han estado cerca y me han hecho sentir su presencia y solidaridad.
Ahora pido a todxs un poco de paciencia (el primero que debe tenerla soy yo), para poder daros un abrazo y saludaros estando en plena forma.
Mando un agradecimiento especial a mis familiares y a mi compañera Emanuela que han tenido que superar momentos difíciles, y por eso os pido a todxs que no lxs presionéis, dado que se están encargando de muchos asuntos en esta historia.
Me encargaré de contactaros personalmente en el momento en que las cosas mejoren para poder conoceros y abrazaros con más calma.
Justo en estos momentos, estoy sometido a las severas disposiciones de las “fuerzas especiales” del CTO (Centro Traumátologico Ortopédico) de Turín y, por tanto, con fuertes restricciones en las visitas, reservadas a la familia y amigxs cercanxs.
Pido que este escrito circule por todas los espacios que han seguido el progreso de este asunto, aunque espero que no se convierta en objeto de especulación periodística. Estoy muy contento de recibir vuestras noticias y contactos, pero no garantizo que pueda responder en breve.

A little over three weeks after the events in Clarea, on Monday, February 27th, it seems appropriate to communicate to all friends and comrades who are close to me a few more precise information regarding the state of my health.
As you already know since a few days my life is out of danger, but even if the situation improves, my condition is still quite serious.
The worst wounds I find myself having to heal are the result of burns caused by the electrocution from electric current, but now there’s definite improvement in the damages from the fall.
In the coming days, I will undergo more plastic surgeries to treat areas of the body which are covered with burns.
I am still pinned down to the bed and not self-sufficient in the movements of my limbs, thus dependent on nurses and relatives for daily tasks.
However, I want to thank all those who have stood next to me until now and made me feel their presence and solidarity.
I ask from all of you to show a little more patience (I should be the first to have it), until I’m able to embrace and salute you in good shape.
Special thanks go to my relatives and my companion Emanuela, who have had to overcome a difficult moment; also for this reason, I ask everyone to ease the pressure towards her since she has already to handle multiple roles in this affair.
I will make sure to contact you personally when things were better placed to meet you and to embrace more calmly.
In this time I’m rightly subject to the strict provisions of the ‘special forces’ of the CTO hospital in Turin and then with strong restrictions on visits, reserved for relatives and close friends.
My request is that this letter may circulate among all various situations which have followed the progress of my case, hoping though that it won’t become the subject of journalistic speculation. I’m glad to receive your news and contacts, but cannot guarantee I will answer everyone soon.
